About Us
We believe that lasting social, organizational, and ecological change occurs when people transform how they participate in the systems they are part of. When individuals, teams, and communities cultivate awareness of their own ways of seeing, relating, and acting, and do so within place-based communities of solidarity, systems gain the ability to perceive themselves and evolve. By offering a simple and scalable social tool comprised of an Inquisitive Map, Reflective Postcards, and an Imaginative Compass, this project enables people to reconnect with imagination, presence, and relational belonging. Through repeated local practice, participants build shared agency, trust, and coherence, allowing new narratives and coordinated actions to emerge. Over time, this strengthens the capacity of communities and organizations to respond creatively and collectively to the challenges they face, generating lasting and entrenched pathways for systemic change.
Our guiding question
In an era of digital hyperconnectivity and ecological crisis, marked by social fragmentation and information overload, what human capacities and sociocultural conditions do we need to recover and regenerate in order to cooperate and build regenerative futures?

"In times of crisis, only imagination is more important than knowledge."
Albert Einstein
Our Purpose
We believe that many of today's challenges are not due to a lack of solutions, but to our limited ability to imagine, dialogue and act together. Today, both in communities and organizations, we operate from fragmented imaginaries, unilateral and unconnected histories, and forms of relationships that limit what is possible.
Without shared imaginations, we continue to reproduce the same patterns, both in our communities and in our organizations.
We seek to create the conditions for individuals, teams, and organizations to imagine together, build shared meaning, and actively participate in creating more just, regenerative, and sustainable futures.
Rehabilitating the human capacities that make life-affirming futures possible—restoring our ability to imagine, name, and co-create together within the places we belong.
Our Mission
Cultivate the human and collective capacities necessary to consciously participate in the systems we inhabit. We accompany individuals, teams and communities to develop deeper ways of perceiving, dialoguing and collaborating, through living practices that integrate shared reflection, body-mind connection and awareness of limiting histories.
We do this through practices and experiences that, over time, develop:
-
Collective holistic imagination
-
Generative Dialogue
-
Coordinated collaboration
This work unfolds through workshops, processes, and communities of practice, strengthening the capacity to participate, make decisions, and act more consciously and coherently.

Our Vision
We envision a world where communities, organizations, and institutions develop the capacity to perceive themselves, sustain diversity of perspectives, and collaborate to address complex challenges.
A world where imagination, dialogue and collaboration are practiced as fundamental cultural capacities, allowing for more lively territories, more coherent organizations and futures that integrate the human, the social and the ecological.
Where difference does not fragment, but enriches.
And where new forms of organization, Participation and collaboration emerge from a more integrated awareness of the human and the collective.
